Israel has won the Eurovision Song Contest with pop star Netta Barzilai’s quirky entry Toy. The Israeli performer was awarded 529 points, beating favourites Cyprus into second place. The 25-year-old was singing with the Israeli Navy Band when she entered and won the country’s Eurovision selection show HaKokhav HaBa. ABBA have announced the release of their first new material in 35 years, after the pop icons got together to record two new tracks together. EDM Star Avicii Found Dead in Oman at Age 28

The Swedish-born producer and DJ known as Avicii has been found dead in Oman. Publicist Diana Baron said in a statement that the 28-year-old DJ, born Tim Bergling, was in Muscat, Oman. “The family is devastated and we ask everyone to please respect their need for privacy in this difficult time,” the statement said. Avicii was a pioneer of the contemporary Electronic Dance Movement and a rare DJ capable of worldwide arena tour. It's not been four days ago since we launched the new version of DiscAffinity, when we're making changes and improvements.
